NITRILE PRODUCTS
Nitrile Insulation is black in colour and is available either in tubing or sheet form. The extruded flexible tubing is specially designed to fit the standard diameters of steel and copper piping. Sheets are available in standard sizes or in rolls.
Application
Nitrile's expanded closed-cell structure provides an efficient vapour barrier that prevents condensation or frost formation on cooling systems, chilled water lines, and refrigeration piping.
Nitrile also retards heat loss for hot water plumbing and heating systems. It's ideal for dual temperature piping, solar applications, and large or irregularly shaped surfaces such as tanks and ducts.
It protects pipes from corrosion and dampens vibrations, making it a multifunctional insulation solution.
